Bluefin says a key additional component to the relaunched portal is the information now available to members on their fund choices, with daily updated price feeds supported with a new risk-rating system. Clients will also now have direct access to fund factsheets on every available fund, to further assist them in making informed investment decisions online.

Bluefin says a new framework will be able to seamlessly integrate with HR software solutions and will offer a single sign-on capability, thus allowing a direct link from a client’s intranet site to the member’s Orbit account without need for further log-ins.

Jonathan Phillips, director, Bluefin Corporate Consulting, says: “In these uncertain economic times, now more than ever it is important for employees to easily understand the benefits on offer. We’ve worked hard to refresh our member site – to reduce jargon to a minimum, making the important information stand out, and to be cleaner, clearer and more effective in every way.”
