The PRI has made two senior appointments to its executive c-suite team.
Rose Easton has been appointed as chief RI ecosystems officer for the UK, Europe and India, Middle East & Africa, while Cambria Allen-Ratzlaff has been appointed to same role for the Americas and APAC regions.
Easton joined the PRI in 2021 as signatory relations director for Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (NEMEA).This appointment role builds on her current role with the PRI. Since June 2023, Easton has been building the PRI’s RI ecosystem function to align with the needs of signatories. This includes managing the PRI’s ecosystem activities in individual markets where the local teams look to engage and connect signatories and stakeholders and support their responsible investment activity.
Allen-Ratzlaff joins the PRI from JUST Capital, a not-for-profit research organisation, where she was managing director and head of investor strategies.
Her previous experience includes senior roles at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and State of Connecticut Office of the Treasurer as well as serving on a variety of investor-led committees.
Allen-Ratzlaff will be based in Michigan in the US. In this role, she will provide leadership and oversight of the RI ecosystems in the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring the PRI can continue
to deliver value to signatories in these regions.
PRI CEO David Atkin says: “With Cambria joining the PRI and Rose continuing her leadership, I am pleased that we invested the time and consideration to get the right talent in these key roles serving our signatories.
“Cambria brings a strong background in financial services, responsible investment, and governance to this role, as well as a deep subject matter expertise and a curiosity for learning that aligns well with PRI’s culture.
“Rose has been doing an exceptional job building the PRI’s RI Ecosystem function to align with the needs of our signatories and is well placed to continue this valuable work.”
