Aon to offer advice on occupational health services

Aon says the launch of its Occupational Health Consulting service is in response to the increased burden on employers to improve employee well-being services and integrate areas such as absence management, long-term disability and medical insurance. The service will measure the business impact of occupational health services, examine the benefits of different delivery methods and identify robust improved employee wellness products to improve productivity, employee satisfaction and enhance positive healthcare trends. Previously with Mercer, Bray has been brought on board to specifically build Aon’s new OHC service.

Alex Bennett, head of healthcare at Aon Consulting says: “We have already delivered significant improvements to our clients’ sickness absence interventions and the costs of insured products.”
