Axa PPP Healthcare has made two new appointments to strengthen its support for intermediary partnership development and voluntary business.
Michele Pagett has been appointed partnership development manager to take the lead on forging new partnership arrangements with intermediaries for individual and SME business. She is also tasked with supporting intermediaries keen to explore new routes to market. She joins from Stackhouse Poland, where she worked as a healthcare consultant for over 11 years. Prior to that she was at Marsh.
James Napier has been appointed corporate business development manager to work with intermediaries to grow their employee-funded voluntary business. He has 25 years of experience in large corporate account and individual sales management, and will seek to help intermediaries to strengthen their presence in the market. He will also support intermediaries with integrating health benefits into corporate clients’ flexible benefits schemes.
