Beaufort Consulting rebrands as Corinthian Group

Beaufort Consulting is restructuring under the umbrella brand name Corinthian Group, comprising three subsidiaries across employee benefits, pensions specialist and affinity group services.

The Beaufort Consulting brand will remain for the employee benefits business, which will be led by Les Dolding. It offers a range of dedicated market leading auto-enrolment packages, mainly for medium, small and micro firms. It has just launched a no-cost switch deal for companies who have already staged but are looking for significant improvements in the administration, communication, investment and costs of their workplace pensions.

Corinthian Pensions, led by Tim Whiting, will focus on pension investments, transfers and retirement options.

Corinthian Affinity, headed up by Lee French, will work with accountants, payroll providers and other affinity groups to deliver auto-enrolment solutions for their clients.

Corinthian Group managing director Robert MacGregor says the change was needed to reflect the significant growth across all areas of its business over its first four years since being founded in 2012. The firm currently has 13 authorised consultants and a further 12 back office staff and is looking to expand its workforce.

MacGregor says: “The change is entirely based around our clients and what we do for them, creating a more dedicated focus on each of our three main individual propositions. We want to deliver a more client-centred approach while improving and growing our whole business range more effectively.

“Our mission is to improve people’s lives by making the complex simple. Applying this to ourselves, we have simplified our own structure to provide more dedicated support, so that businesses of all sizes can have the confidence that we will be there to offer support to employers and their staff every step along the way. We want to help real companies and real employees gain maximum value from their pensions and benefits.”
