Mackay started his career with Arthur Anderson and then gained commercial experience with Rank Xerox and Pitney Bowes. He spent 15 years with Lloyds TSB Group where he held a number of senior positions in finance, IT and change management. Edmonds, spent 34 years with HSBC Bank, rising to area manager.
