Chinnery departs JP Morgan

Simon Chinnery, JP Morgan Asset Management

JP Morgan Asset Management head of UK defined contribution Simon Chinnery is understood to be leaving the company more than a decade after joining from ABN Amro Asset Management.

Chinnery, who contributed to the growth of JPMAM’s UK DC business and was a key player in strategic development, is understood to be pursuing other opportunities.

Earlier this month JP Morgan appointed Paul Farrell as head of UK institutional clients, reporting to Patrick Thomson, head of international institutional clients.

JPMAM declined to comment on Chinnery’s departure.
