Steve Butler, the former CEO of Punter Southall Aspire, has joined Hymans Robertson as its head of corporate, personal wealth.
Butler will lead the corporate business within Hymans Robertson Personal Wealth, supporting employers in improving the financial wellbeing and long-term financial outcomes of staff through financial education, coaching and personalised financial planning.
He will be responsible for driving the growth of Hymans’ corporate proposition, deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new opportunities that connect workplace pensions, financial wellbeing and wealth management.
Butler spent 18 years at Punter Southall in a variety of roles, and was also the founder and CEO of CAMRADATA, the institutional investment data provider acquired by With Intelligence in 2022.
Butler says: “Over the last decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of workplace pensions, financial wellbeing and financial planning, developing propositions that improve engagement and help people make better financial decisions. I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to Hymans Robertson and working with colleagues across the firm to help more employers support the financial wellbeing of their people.
“My focus is on building a scalable, technology-enabled corporate proposition that combines data, behavioural insight and guidance to improve employee engagement while delivering measurable value for employers.”
