Healix partners with Lorica to offer ‘third pillar’ financial wellbeing service

Corporate healthcare trust specialist Healix Health Services is partnering with Lorica to offer financial wellbeing services designed to support employees in better understanding and managing their money.

The workplace financial wellbeing services provided range from seminars on a wide range of financial topics and issues, ‘lunch and learn’ sessions, and individual financial planning advice.
Healix Health Services commercial director Ian Talbot says: “Financial worries are a key source of stress in many people’s lives and can have a big impact upon their wellbeing and performance at work.
“With our focus on providing our corporate healthcare trust clients with an integrated health and wellbeing service, we felt it was important to address concerns around financial wellbeing and we chose Lorica as our ideal partner.”
Lorica consulting & wellbeing director James Biggs says: ““The three pillars of wellbeing are clearly, physical, mental and financial.
“The drive to bring financial wellbeing into the workplace has captured the entire employee benefits market in 2018. Offering financial education to employees is therefore seen to be more important than ever. At Lorica, this is at the very core of what we do and we are delighted to be working in partnership with such an important wellbeing champion as Healix.”
