Hymans Robertson has appointed Sarah McIvor as a principal and senior post transaction specialist within its DB wind-up team.
McIvor joins from Scottish Widows where she held a number of senior roles, most recently as head of operations for the bulk annuities division. In this role she helped transition schemes through post-transaction milestones, helping trustees and sponsors progress towards wind-up.
McIvor has extensive experience in the industry, working in across pricing, operations and consulting. Prior to working at Scottish Widows, McIvor worked for more than six years at Mercer, advising clients on their pension strategy.
