Telus Corporation has finished the previously publicised £1.5bn acquisition of LifeWorks, a developer of digital wellbeing solutions.
As a result of the agreement, the supplier of digitally-first health and wellness services and solutions can now support corporate clients in more than 160 countries, including more than 50 million people globally.
Telus Health CEO Michael Dingle will lead the transfer and LifeWorks’ integration into Telus Health. Telus will now possess a 100 per cent stake in LifeWorks.
