20-20 Trustees appoints new managing director

20-20 Trustees has appointed Naomi L’Estrange as its new managing director.

L’Estrange has worked for the professional trustee firm since 2014, and currently runs its Nottingham office. 

She has had 20 years experience in the pension industry, having previous worked for Herbert Smith Freehills, the Pension Protection Fund and the government. In this role L’Estrange also helped design the moral hazard power in the 2004 Pensions Act. 

Antony Miller, founding shareholder and chief executive of 20-20 Trustees, will continue as a lead director. He will focus on developing strategy and innovation for the company’s main clients, including the Pension SuperFund.

L’Estrange will be responsible for overseeing the future growth and development of the company. 

L’Estrange says: “As a firm of independent trustees we are committed to helping pension schemes improve their governance, and work better with their sponsors.” 

She add the company has a track record of delivering innovative solutions to help schemes overcome the challenges they face.
