Willis Towers Watson has brought in five new consultants to grow the London arm of its specialist defined contribution (DC) consulting business.
Shoko French and Natasha Markanday have joined the team as consultants in the last three months from Hymans Robertson and Quantum Advisory respectively. In addition, last year James Carter and David Colclough joined from KPMG while Emma Haugh joined as a consultant from Aon Employee Benefits.
The full DC team now includes over 80 consultants.
James Colegrave, head of the London DC consulting team at Towers Watson says: “The defined contribution landscape is changing dramatically as companies look to broaden the appeal of their retirement and savings benefits and pension freedoms start to take effect and with the forthcoming introduction of Lifetime Isas. Our multi-disciplined team continues to develop and grow to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills to help clients navigate these changes.
“We have recently implemented a number of pioneering solutions for clients using our specific expertise in Isas, including Lifetime Isas, master-trusts and the expanding “at retirement” market.”
