Creative Pension Trust, the workplace pension behind Creative Auto Enrolment’s proposition has obtained master trust assurance framework (MAF) accreditation in anticipation of the 2017 staging crunch.
The MAF is the recognised standard for key Master Trust auto enrolment providers and has been developed jointly between the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Pensions Regulator (TPR).
Creative says obtaining accreditation demonstrates its commitment to continual improvements and enhancements to all areas of its proposition.
Creative Auto Enrolment managing director David White says: “Our proposition is tried, tested and, importantly, trusted, by the 20,000 or so employers registered in our system and by the 1,000 or so professional advisers who continue to recommend our product to their clients.
“2017 is going to be the biggest year for Auto Enrolment and this, together with the operational improvements we’ve made this year, particularly to our Help Desk where we have tripled its capacity, puts us in the strongest position possible to meet this capacity crunch.”
Roger Mattingly, chair of the trustees for the Creative Pension Trust says: “It’s been exciting to be involved in the development of the Creative Pension Trust. It was specifically designed to efficiently and successfully meet a significant auto enrolment market need, a need that wasn’t being met at the time. Watching it grow from this unique idea and playing in the same arena as the big auto enrolment players to become a sound, tried and tested, established player in its own right has been very rewarding.”
