5-star and 4-star providers named in the Corporate Adviser Provider Service Ratings 2021

Royal London, Canada Life, Vitality, Medicash and Simplyhealth were all named 5-star providers in their respective fields at the Corporate Adviser Awards Ceremony last night.

The new Corporate Adviser Service Ratings cover workplace pensions providers, group PMI providers, group risk providers and corporate cash plan providers.

Ratings are based on independent market research conducted with over 100 advisers, consultants and brokers. Providers are ranked by intermediaries for their overall service proposition across six sub-areas:

• Communication
• Provider-generated adviser support content
• Ease of use of adviser-facing technology
• Staff expertise
• Quality of administration
• Appreciating my business

Adviser responses are aggregated and those with scores in the highest and second highest bands are awarded Five Star Ratings and Four Star Ratings.

Aviva, Scottish Widows and Fidelity received Four Star Ratings in the group pensions category, with Zurich, Aviva and Unum getting four stars in group risk. Healthcare providers AXA Health UK, Bupa, Aviva and WPA and cash plan provider Health Shield also received Four Star Ratings.

All the ratings of all the providers will be published in a special report that comes out with the December issue of Corporate Adviser.
