Cushon has appointed Jo Bean as chief people officer.
Bean brings over 20 years of HR experience to Cushon’s leadership team, having previously held senior HR positions at Samsung Electronics UK and Thomsons Online Benefits.
Bean’s responsibilities will include ensuring that Cushon’s values are embedded throughout the company, championing and promoting strong diversity and inclusion initiatives.

She brings a tremendous wealth of experience in the HR space and her appointment is absolutely key to helping us deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
