WorkLife by OpenMoney has launched an employee recognition centre.
The new centre is intended to increase peer-to-peer engagement and help businesses connect more intimately with employees. The new feature lets employees discuss and celebrate their coworkers’ accomplishments, while managers may recognise key milestones like work anniversaries or birthdays. It is also a technique of automatically signposting workers to available benefits and help. It is accessible on any desktop or mobile device.
This new development, according to WorkLife, will assist employers in maximising employee engagement with their benefits package and exploring new ways to enhance employees’ overall wellbeing.
The introductory fee of WorkLife’s employee recognition centre, which is available today, is only £2 per employee per year.
Worklife managing director Niamh McLaughlin says: “Having employees who feel valued, and part of a company’s success is so important to maintaining a positive culture and ethos, however, this has become much tougher to achieve in the current working environment. Our Small Business Monitor research in fact shows that some 22 per cent of SMEs are worried about the impact of longer-term remote working on employee engagement and retention.
“By offering a one-stop-shop for employees to connect with colleagues, access company news and success stories and receive timely reminders about workplace benefits, our new Employee Recognition Centre seeks to provide an overall richer engagement experience for users, while helping to build an environment whereby people want to stay and strive to support a company’s long-term growth.”
