Cartwright’s staff members have received a one-time cost of living payment of £1,000 from the defined benefit and hybrid pension specialist, in addition to their salary, profit share, and other performance-related bonuses.
Cartwright founder and chairman Ian Cartwright says: “There is significant pressure on individuals and families currently because of rising costs; almost everything, from everyday supermarket products to ferrying children around, is suddenly costing considerably more.
“We support our staff in many different ways, but now is the time when we need to help allay their immediate financial fears.”
Cartwright operations director Robin Pearce says: “We are deeply committed to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of our staff.
“We are proud of the supportive culture we have built throughout the company which encourages people to stay with us; we’ve just celebrated long service awards of between 10 and 30 years, and we look forward to more of the same in the future.”
