Isio has appointed Alexis Parrish to the new role of head of benefits technology.

Parrish has more than 20 years of experience and joins from KPMG, where she spent eight years leading the firm’s benefits consultancy and technology division. Parrish adds a new layer to the current service according to Isio, which already covers employee assistance and well-being, DC advice, risk management, and healthcare.

Isio reward and benefits partner Andy Craig says: “We are thrilled to welcome Alexis to our leadership team. Many employee benefit packages are still quite traditional in their approach and need revamping to be more inclusive and better support employee wellbeing.

“Isio has achieved so much in this market in such a short space of time, it’s an exciting position to join the business at such a critical point. There is a real need to offer organisations professional and proactive support to address some of the legacy challenges in employee benefits and create a proposition which helps attract and retain talent in a difficult economy and labour market. We want to partner with employers to deliver benefits they want and need in an impactful way”.
