Lifesearch launches range of digital partnership solutions

LifeSearch is enabling partner brands to offer digital protection products to their customers supported by its advice-led offering.

According to LifeSearch, the expansion of digital embedded insurance and the rising demand from digital consumers have forced this strategic shift.

LifeSearch has developed its brand-new, technology-driven solution to support this transformation by giving digital ecosystems the resources they need to integrate protection solutions into their client apps.

“Powered by LifeSearch” will enable partners to embed a suite of innovative products via open APIs and end-to-end white-label solutions. 

LifeSearch believes that this additional investment in its platform capabilities, along with increased support from a first-class range of insurer partners, will help them achieve its ambition of protecting all demographics of the UK consumer “properly,” given that consumers demand channel-agnostic choice in how they apply for and purchase their protection.

“Powered by LifeSearch” will also grant partners access to the established LifeSearch offering, which includes expert tele-interviews for customer disclosure, pipeline management, underwriting expertise, complex risks, quality monitoring, retention and lapse management, plus customer care support, claims handling, trusts, and more.

LifeSearch chief executive Debbie Kennedy says: “Our latest development is part of our ‘expert advice simply delivered’ proposition. It’s possible to embed “Powered by LifeSearch” into any protection journey – advice, guidance or execution only. From a full B2B2C offering for partners to access new customers and services or a simple referral solution to support your customer with protection expertise.
