Broadstone has appointed Sharon Harwood-Davis as a client consulting director.

Harwood-Davis joins the independent employee benefits consulting firm from PwC with more than 20 years of industry experience and a focus on the Corporate Healthcare and Healthcare Trust market. Prior to this, she worked at Mercer as head of healthcare and JLT as a senior consultant.

As a technical expert in healthcare, including in healthcare trusts, Harwood-Davis’ interest is working with clients to develop pro-active, quantifiable measures to encourage staff engagement and wellbeing.

Broadstone client consulting director Sharon Harwood-Davis says: “It is a critical time to be working in the sector given the pressures on the NHS and employers. Now more than ever businesses need proactive strategies to support the health and wellbeing of their workforce keeping them fit, engaged and productive.”

Broadstone head of health & protection Brett Hill says: “Sharon’s experience in the Healthcare Trust space will be particularly valuable in supporting our growth strategy, given the rapid growth this market has seen over the past decade. This will enable us to continue delivering the high-quality independent advice that Broadstone prides itself on.”
