Rose joins from Aviva where she has held a number of roles over the past 20 years, most recently as head of Aviva’s master trust and workplace proposition.
Rose will report to Mercer’s UK head of wealth Philip Parkinson and will join the UK wealth leadership team. In this new role she will also work closely with international counterparts as part of Mercer’s global commitment to growth in DC.
Mercer says this is a significant senior role and will be pivotal to the Mercer’s growth ambitions in the DC market. Parkinson says: “‘[Rose’s] brings a wealth of experience having progressed in her career to date through roles in DC master trust, digital propositions, strategy and operations in both UK and international markets.”
Rose said she looked forward to delivering on Mercer’s strategy to build and grow its DC proposition. “Mercer has a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions that help clients and their members achieve their retirement goals and I look forward to building on that legacy,” she adds.
