Barnett Waddingham has appointed Inderpreet Kaur Bedi to be governance and secretariat lead in this expanded team.
The consultancy firm says this appointment reflects its commitment to strengthening this team, which provides advice and services on a range of issues, including governance, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Barnett Wadingham offers these services to range of clients, including corporates, pensions schemes, charities and legal entities.

BW says this appointment underscores its ambitious growth plans following a record-breaking year as it seeks to continue to grow its client base. It says expanded team will enable clients to make better decisions by developing governance frameworks and providing the necessary board and management support through innovative and AI-enabled solutions.
Barnett Waddingham partner and head of governance and secretariat Paul Jayson says: “Anyone with governance duties has seen the burden on them steadily increase and our mission is to make their lives easier. A combination of experienced, knowledgeable people like Inderpreet and embracing modern, efficient technology are instrumental to making this a reality.”
