Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Beth Alahakoon as its new head of operational excellence.
Alahakoon will manage the delivery of operational excellence across health and protection services. She will implement business changes by collaborating with head of change Manjula Gowda and other stakeholders.
Alahakoon, who has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits, previously worked at Mercer Marsh Benefits as Operations Manager, where she led the team in designing processes for colleagues and customer service.
