PIB Employee Benefits has created a new executive team that sees Joanne Neary promoted to client services director and Sarah Harris named operations director.

The new executive team will report directly to managing director David Skinner.

The business is also expanding its senior leadership team positions, with the creation of four new roles – many of which are expected to be filled by internal candidates.

PIB is a fast-growing independent specialist insurance intermediary. Launched in 2015 and backed by private equity firms Apax Funds and The Carlyle Group, PIB has grown rapidly through acquisitions. PIB Group has offices throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Skinner says: “We are excited by the opportunities these changes bring, as we realign our business to better serve our clients and their employees. Our global business will continue to thrive under the leadership of Clare Dare, whilst our new head of partnerships role will help foster relationships within the industry.
