Law Debenture has expanded its pensions team with the appointment of Mark Humphreys as a trustee director.

Mark was previously EMEA head of client solutions at Invesco, where he led the team responsible for designing and delivering investment solutions for DC and DB pension schemes, as well as sovereign wealth and wealth manager clients.

He has also previously held senior roles at Schroders, as both head of fiduciary management and head of UK strategic solutions. Prior to this he worked as an investment consultant for Watson Wyatt and an actuarial benefits consultant at Aon Management.

In his new role he will work with LawDeb’s team of trustee directors and trustees who work across 220 schemes. He will work closely with  Sankar Mahalingham, managing director of LawDeb Pensions, and his team of over 55 pensions experts.

LawDeb Pensions managing director Sankar Mahalingham adds: “[Humphreys] is highly qualified in his field, and his knowledge of the pensions industry, from DC and DB schemes to fiduciary management, equips him with the expertise to positively contribute to our team, elevating what we have to offer to our clients.

“His extensive experience across the pensions industry, including global remits, demonstrates his capabilities, which will play a key role in maintaining Law Debenture’s reputation as one of the leading trustee providers in the UK.”
