WPA has launched Healthcare Finder, a tool that aims to help customers find, compare, and book healthcare specialists quickly and easily.

WPA says the new service makes it easier and faster for patients to move from claim to treatment, giving them more control over their healthcare.

According to WPA, customers can find GMC-licensed consultants, view their experience and reviews, check availability, and book appointments directly or contact them by phone or email. This service simplifies healthcare by speeding up bookings, claims, and reducing paperwork. It also helps hospitals and consultants focus on patient care by handling administrative tasks.

WPA says Healthcare Finder gives customers more choice, offering access to a wider range of specialists and advice from GPs, family, and friends.

WPA chief customer officer Sharon Shier says: “Our commitment is to exceed expectations, and choice is a crucial part of that.  Partnering with Doctify enables our members greater control over their healthcare journey, helping them to select the right consultant, whether or not they are fee agreed, based on clinical suitability, location, and real-time availability.

“This initiative further improves what we are doing for our customers giving them the information and confidence to make informed decisions about their care.”
