Nest has appointed Sally Bridgeland as the chair of Nest Invest Board subject to regulatory approval.
This appointment will support the development and delivery of Nest Corporation’s investment strategy, ensuring it aligns with member objectives and provides governance for Nest Invest.
Bridgeland will provide independent oversight and manage the ongoing evolution of Nest Invest’s investment function. She has experience as a chair, non-executive director, and committee member across insurance, pensions, asset management, and investments. She is an actuary by training and has previously held roles at Royal London, the Local Pensions Partnership and Impax Asset Management.
Bridgeland currently serves on the Development Bank of Wales, BelleVie, Pension Insurance Corporation and RSA Insurance boards.
