Parallel EB appoints director of growth & partnerships

Parallel Employee Benefits (Parallel EB) has appointed Joe Holness as director of growth & partnerships.

Holness brings over a decade of experience in the employee benefits space, spanning consulting, wellbeing, and benefits technology. He was most recently a senior sales executive at Benefex and has also worked at WTW, Peppy, Legal and General, and Metlife.

His new role will focus on accelerating growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
