Titan Wealth has appointed Nia Rogers to be a director of its corporate employee benefits division.

It says this senior appointment will help the firm expand its employee benefit proposition, and support employers with a more integrated approach to workplace financial wellbeing.

Rogers has more than 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits sector, most recently leading the employee benefits business at Thomas Carroll, and previously working for Capita, Punter Southall, Alexander Forbes, and Lloyds Banking Group.

In these various roles she has developed and grown employee benefits businesses, helping employers navigate an increasingly complex landscape while designing benefit strategies that attract, engage and retain talent.

Titan Wealth says this expansion is part of its broader ambitions to deliver comprehensive financial wellbeing advice for both employers and employees, by combining specialist employee benefits expertise with Titan’s wider wealth management and private client capabilities.

It adds it has see growing demand for more strategic employee benefits advice.

Nia Rogers says: “Employee Benefits are about much more than products and policies. It’s about helping employers create benefit strategies that evolve alongside their business and the changing expectations of today’s workforce.

“Titan Wealth provides clients with a holistic proposition and, by working closely with our private client advice teams, we can support individuals throughout every stage of their financial journey.”

Titan Wealth chief distribution officer Todd Rowlands adds: “[Rogers’] track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients further enhances our ability to support employers in their corporate benefits programmes.

“As organisations continue to navigate changing workforce demographics, economic pressures, and evolving employee expectations, we remain committed to helping employers build resilient, engaging and future-focused benefit strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for both businesses and their people.”
