“2009 has seen us gain a high industry profile and recognition by media, regulators and insurers as well as a growing presence in the minds of consumers. We are also seeing the development of a benchmark training course and examinations in conjunction with the CII and we offer a robust level of ongoing CPD opportunities acknowledged by the regulator.”
