Employee benefits consultancy Amba has launched its new ESG-focused platform, designed to help businesses offer a range of sustainable perks to staff.
Lumina Perks is an online marketplace offering access to a host of ethical, sustainable or socially-conscious brands, plus a range of discounts, special offers and preferential rates. All of the brands included in are evaluated against a range of social and environmental criteria.
Products cover investment and money as well as fashion, beauty, health, food and nutrition, energy, transport, sport and leisure and wellbeing.
The platform has been designed to integrate with existing HR and employee benefits technology, so businesses can provide staff with simple low-cost benefits that aligns with their current values and processes.
Amba, formerly PES, says this reflects research that shows Brits are becoming increasingly discerning about the companies they work for and buy from, with 85 per cent of consumers making lifestyle changes to become more sustainable in 2021.

This is part of range of Lumina products offered through Amba. Lumina Gateway offers a cost-effective alternative to a full flexible benefits platform. Through this employees can access to their benefits and tother HR services via a central hub, using just one username and password.
Lumina Plus is an extension that also offers an extensive flexible benefits package with the UK’s broadest range of ethical benefits, from healthcare and wellbeing benefits, through to green pensions and ISAs.
The new Lumina Perks can be offered as a stand alone service to SMEs and will be included within the Gateway and Plus packages.
