Jenkins will open the conference with a presentation focusing on the conference’s theme of ‘Promoting Professionalism’.
Jenkins is currently leading the CII’s response to the Retail Distribution Review. Lawless is managing director of the Taming Tigers Group, and specialises in corporate speaking. He is also author of “Taming Tigers”, a self-help guide to overcoming fear and personal obstacles.
