Aon has appointed two new members to its DC team, bringing in consultants from Barnett Waddingham and Hymans Robertson.

He has 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry, the last 13 of which were in  DC pensions consulting.  He is a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.

Scott Donaldson joins Aon from Hymans Robertson as a senior DC investment consultant. He will be working on all investment aspects of their DC pension provision, particularly on improving retirement outcomes for members.

Donaldson is an actuary with over 15 years’ experience in pensions investment consulting, covering investment strategy, governance, and provider selection and monitoring.  He qualified as an actuary working in the life insurance sector, then spent several years in asset management before moving into investment consulting.
