Aon has boosted its financial wellbeing team with the appointment of Fleur Iannazzo, an experienced financial coach.
Iannazzo will be working with Aon’s multinational clients on addressing financial behaviours to improve employee wellbeing.
Iannazzo has worked in financial services for 15 years in Melbourne, Hong Kong and London. She recently Fleur set up a financial coaching business, in which she provided one-to-one behaviour-focused financial coaching to high-net-worth individuals.
Iannazzo holds a masters in coaching and behavioural change from the Henley Business School.
Aon Wealth senior partner Oliver Walker says: “[Iannazzo’s] experience of behaviour-based financial coaching and regional cultures is a great complement to Aon’s behaviour-led global financial education programme.
“Her appointment is testament to the growth of our financial coaching proposition with the team doubling in size in the last year.”Iannazzo adds: “Given the current global economic environment and its effect on individuals’ financial stress, the financial wellbeing market is growing significantly.
“Nonetheless, it is still in its infancy and important strides need to be made to enable clients to drive positive financial behaviour change within their organisations. It is essential that businesses offer clients approachable, relevant and engaging interventions that can act as a catalyst for change in individuals’ financial wellbeing and resilience.
“Organisations clearly understand the benefits of supporting employees in their physical and emotional wellbeing. It is timely that awareness of financial wellbeing is now growing and will be just as important for employee support and maintaining engaged workforces.”
