Aon appoints head of online for health solutions

Aon has appointed Guy Clarkson as head of online for health solutions in the UK.

Clarkson, who will join the UK Health executive team from Mercer Marsh Benefits, where he was the UK digital growth leader, will lead the online health team and develop and deliver Aon’s employee experience and digital growth strategy for clients. He will be responsible for shaping Aon’s regional and global technology strategy and will help enhance how clients engage with technology‑driven benefits solutions.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in digital growth, client management and technology‑enabled benefits solutions.

Clarkson will report to head of health solutions in the UK Chris Simmons and will join the UK Health executive team.
