Roe joined Aon 21 years ago and has worked with trustee and corporate clients, and across both defined DB  and DC pension schemes.

In his new role he will l report to Michael Clare, head of Wealth Solutions EMEA at Aon, and to Jane Kielty, CEO of UK, Ireland and South Africa at Aon.

Clare says: “Ben Roe has led teams for 10 years within the UK retirement practice and has consistently demonstrated his ability to provide strategic direction and to grow the business. I look forward to the impact he will now make in this new leadership role.”

Roe add: “There is currently much change taking place across the UK pensions industry, so it’s an exciting time to take on this new challenge.”
