Aon has appointed Jenny Davidson as trustee director of its £1.4bn master trust.

Davidson, who represents BESTrustees has worked for 40 years in the pensions industry for a number of private sector companies. She has recently moved several DC employer schemes to master trust arrangements, giving her insight into both employer considerations and the need for effective communication with employees.

Aon Master Trust is chaired by Roger Mattingly of Ross Trustees and Davidson joins Jonathan Reynolds of Capital Cranfield, and Kim Nash of PTL on the trustee board.

Aon head of DC solutions Tony Pugh said: “Jenny Davidson is an excellent addition to The Aon MasterTrust trustee board. She has been a highly accomplished global rewards director and brings extensive experience of working with large organisations’ DC and master trust plans, as well as wider benefits.

“The Aon MasterTrust has the advantages of market-leading investment expertise, excellent communication and administration delivery, as well as strong governance.

“It has seen significant growth since its launch in 2017 and has over £1.4bn of assets under management, as well as significant additional clients and assets in the process of onboarding.”
