Aon has appointed Damon Hopkins as principal DC consultant. He joins from P-Solve, where he was a senior consultant responsible for DC business and proposition development initiatives. He has previously worked for  Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and Alexander Forbes.

In this new role he will be based in Aon’s Espom office.

Aon has also appointed Adam Fisher as associate DC investment consultant. He will be based in the company’s Edinburgh office.

Fisher joins from FTSE Russell, where he worked for four years, most recently as an index specialist. This role involved working on the delivery of key strategy projects requiring the migration of indices from various platforms.

Aon partner and head of DC consulting, Sophia Singleton says: “The increased market focus on all aspects of DC pensions means we are continuing to build our team to meet the needs of both existing and new clients.”

She adds: “They will be an integral part of our team delivering best practice governance and innovative DC solutions to our clients and their members.”
