Stuart Hyland is joining Aon Hewitt’s talent, rewards and performance team as a partner, leaving is role as director in people advisory services at EY.

At EY Hyland had been responsible for developing its new rewards advisory consulting proposition for the UK and Ireland. Prior to this he had two spells with The Hay Group, where he led the UK&I Reward Consulting business from 2010-2015, where he developed core consulting propositions including a reward strategy review and development process and an employee value proposition/employer brand consulting approach.

Prior to this he was at Deloitte, having started his career with Prudential.

Aon Hewitt managing partner and head of rewards practice Andrew Page says: “Stuart Hyland is a welcome addition to Aon’s Reward team. He has extensive experience in the rewards industry, combining this with significant breadth of expertise across wider HR services.

“There is currently a greater than ever focus on reward practices in major organisations, so I am certain that  Stuart’s knowledge and experience will be a significant benefit for our clients as they navigate the risks and opportunities that are emerging.”
