Aon’s head of DC, Sophia Singleton has joined XPS Pensions Group to help expand their own DC proposition.
Singleton will be XPS Pensions Group’s new head of DC. She joined the company at the start of June.
Singleton says: “The current crisis creates enormous challenges for pension schemes, employers and their members.
“Protecting savers and helping them make appropriate choices is now more important than ever. I have been impressed by XPS’ fresh approach to DC alongside the strength of its mastertrust, the National Pension Trust.”
XPS Pensions Group head of advisory Patrick McCoy says: “We are delighted that we have been able to attract someone with Sophia’s experience and expertise to lead our DC business and help take us to the next stage.”
He says Singleton will be developing the company’s proposition for DC services across benefit design, investment and member engagement.
