Arthur J. Gallagher has bought London-based employee benefits consultant and financial planner Argentis for an undisclosed fee.
Founded in 2005, Argentis provides benefit and wealth management services to private and corporate clients throughout the UK. It specialises in corporate employee benefits consulting and individual wealth management services, including investment solutions, executive pensions, estate planning, insurance protection and retirement planning.
Argentis chairman and chief executive David Taplin and other advisers and consultants will continue to operate from their current locations in southern England, reporting in to Leslie Lemenager, head of Gallagher’s international employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
