Dr Helen Hartley has joined Aviva’s private medical insurance clinical team as associate medical director.
She joins Aviva after almost four years as a UK insurance medical director at Bupa.
Hartley will report to Dr Suba M., the Aviva medical director. She completes a clinical team that also includes assistant medical director Dr Jochem Caris, medical directors Dr Doug Wright and Dr Suba M.
She has experience regarding the clinical, moral, and legal facets of private healthcare and will manage an enlarged clinical governance team and support Aviva’s ongoing transition to value-based healthcare funding.
