Aviva Investors head of DC Andy Seed has left the firm as part of a redundancy exercise.
Seed has 25 years of experience in the retirement savings and DC pensions markets. He is an experienced pension provider and asset management senior leader with consulting experience and is now freelancing.
Meanwhile, Victoria Panormo, senior DC investment consultant at Hymans Robertson, is joining Aviva. Panormo had spent 14 years with Aon before joining Hymans in 2019.
Panormo announced her move on Linkedin yesterday and said: “Today I will wave goodbye to my friends at Hymans Robertson! I’m lucky enough to have worked with some brilliant people doing some pretty great things. Thank you to everyone that I’ve worked with along the way!
I leave with a genuine love for this Firm. Everything “we” do is about balancing the needs of clients, staff and the Firm. I believe that this approach means we all win overall and brings out the best in everyone.
Now on to a new chapter with Aviva – I’m incredibly excited to get stuck in as head of client relationships for workplace savings.”
