Axa Health has launched a new whole-of-workforce app to help employees make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing – and strive to be the best version of themselves.
Axa Health has launched a new health and wellbeing app, covering the entire workforce of its larger corporate clients.
This service is available to clients who have bought PMI, healthcare trusts, occupational health or EAP services. While these products many only cover part of the workforce this app will be offered across the workforce at no additional charge.
The wellbeing app has been created with clinical experts, behavioural scientists and Axa’s clients and is designed to educate users on how small steps can lead to lasting health improvements.
The app brings together physical and mental wellbeing assessments with onward recommendations, coaching programmes, line-manager support, and relevant clinical services. The app will also signpost other Axa Heath services that users may have as part of their employee benefits.
The app will offer MI reporting, utilisation and engagement data for employers, providing important information to aid future investment decisions on benefit spending.
The health app will be available to large corporate clients at their renewal and to new large corporate clients from today.
Tracy Garrad, CEO for AXA Health says: “This is a further example of how AXA Health is putting its customers first, and the benefit to employers is clear – a workforce empowered with accessible tools for self-help, self-care and connection to trusted expert support.”
