AXA Health has partnered with Peppy to provide to offer fertility, early parenthood and menopause support services to employees of AXA Health’s large corporate clients.

The new service is intended to support employees through fertility, early parenthood, and menopause. The service will be available beginning January 19, 2022, with unlimited access to practical support and information from experts via Peppy’s digital health app.

Corporate customers who choose to provide the service will be able to provide their employees with access to consultations with expert practitioners in order to manage and, where possible, prevent symptoms. Employees will also be able to message the experts whenever they want, as well as access information, resources, and events that are relevant to them.

Employees can use the app to book a private one-on-one, 40-minute phone or video consultation with fertility, menopause, or perinatal support practitioners, chat one-on-one with highly trained and accredited experts, and access relevant, expert-led articles, wellbeing programmes, virtual seminars, and broadcasts.

AXA Health distribution director Mike Dalby says: “Working together with Peppy is another step in our journey to helping members set their own health goals, so they can improve their health, their way.

“Removing the barriers to accessing support for menopause, fertility challenges and early parenthood can make a huge difference to working lives, and employers can take an active part by ensuring their people are empowered and don’t struggle alone.”

Peppy co-founder and co-CEO Dr Mridula Pore says: “Menopause, a person’s fertility journey and early-stage parenthood can be life-changing experiences. We’re thrilled to be able to work with AXA Health to support their corporate customers. Working together will ensure their clients’ employees have the expert support and guidance that they need when they want it, and all at the touch of a button.

“The provision of expert menopause, fertility and early-stage parenthood support is becoming an essential inclusion in company wellbeing plans, and we are proud Peppy is playing an integral part in the next evolution of healthcare.”
