Barnett Waddingham (BW) has appointed Emily Crotty as head of SIPP risk.
Crotty joins recently appointed head of SIPP finance Rebecca Smith and SIPP CEO Nick Cooper. Crotty and Smith will both join the SIPP senior management team, and their combined experience in senior leadership roles will support Nick Cooper, who recently took over as CEO following a planned transition from Simon Foster.
Crotty will lead the first line of defence risk mitigation and shape the risk framework for BW’s SIPP services. She joins from the Embark Group where she led the compliance advisory team and brings extensive experience supporting businesses through strategic change.
Smith is the finance business lead for BW SIPP and brings experience in strategic financial leadership and with commercial acumen which will support the business in delivering growth.
