Benefex and Benify have officially joined together to create Benifex, supporting over 3,000 organisations in more than 100 countries.
Benifex customers will benefit from a platform that benchmarks millions of benefit enrolments, coupled with integrations across thousands of HR, payroll and benefits products. Additionally, customers will be able to leverage actionable insights while the customer experience will be personalised for every employee ensuring each gets the benefits and rewards most relevant to them.
Furthermore, Benifex will provide AI assistance for employees and AI-powered insights to help leaders make better reward and benefits decisions. It will also provide 24/7 support from over 1,200 ‘Benifexers’ across 11 offices worldwide.
