Benenden Health has partnered with Reframe Cancer to give its 870,000 members access to Reframe’s range of CQC-regulated cancer services.
The partnership gives members access to personalised support from cancer nurse specialists, practical help with managing appointments, transport, and return-to-work planning, as well as a range of educational resources on cancer awareness and prevention.
Reframe Cancer says its CQC registration ensures all services meet regulated clinical standards. Patient feedback is gathered throughout the care journey and used to inform ongoing improvements in service delivery and outcomes.
Reframe Cancer CEO Mark Stephenson says: “This is a huge partnership for Reframe Cancer, and we are absolutely delighted to be chosen as the specialist cancer advice and navigation provider for Benenden Health’s 870,000 members.
“We support Benenden Health’s mission to make private healthcare accessible to all, our ethos, ethics and missions are completely aligned. Cancer doesn’t discriminate and there is an increasing need to help provide patients with an affordable cancer care and navigation solution. Our investment in technology also allows us to be wider reaching, providing a clinically excellent solution that genuinely helps people.”
Benenden Health director of sales and partnerships Anne Chappell-Smith says: “On behalf of the wider team and membership, we welcome Reframe Cancer to Benenden Health’s expansive health and wellbeing services.
“Cancer advice services are essential because they address the holistic wellbeing needs of individuals facing a cancer diagnosis. Advice services have a direct impact on a person’s mental, emotional and social needs, while medical treatment is underway. We are looking forward to seeing the impact this has for our membership, and their families.”
