Best Doctors says it provides members with access to a definitive second opinion based on the most up-to-date medical knowledge available. Employees can also elect to include partners, children, parents and siblings.

The service encompasses over 400 medical specialties from chronic back pain to severe migraines. Best Doctors membership through flex starts from just £3.75 a month for single cover.

Steve Haynes, UK business manager at Best Doctors says: “In offering staff the Best Doctors option in their flexible benefits package employers we are providing them with an independent and comprehensive assessment of their condition by a world-class consultant, should they be diagnosed with a serious or worrying medical condition. They won’t even have to leave home to get it as the consultant’s report is sent directly to them.”
